We're having cupcakes today at work, yay! Cupcake Day! And not just any cupcakes, but Saint Cupcakes. They are the yummiest and prettiest cupcakes in Portland, and so I took a gander at their website and blog today in anticipation.
Well, I got sucker-punched by cuteness of the written variety and think you all deserve some of this action. In the spirit of Ballentimes Day coming up (that's how my kitty would say Valentine's if he could talk) I am sending them a secret-admirer love note and telling them that I think they're the bee's knees. And I think you should do something like that for your favorite cupcake (or coffee or burrito) place, too.

Oh cuppycakes! They were WONDERFUL. I ate one yellow cake with pink frosting and chocolate chips for Jenn, and a coconutty one for me!
Lucky for Peter the Greek they all come with extra frosting! :P

Who doesn't love cupcakes...I mistakenly said the same thing about meringue though!!! I am going to make some for Valentine's Day using beet juice to color them red! I sure wish I had a cupcake store here!

Nuria - haha! I love that expression! It's kinda like saying "laughing my ass off". I love other cultures' slang. I think a fever for cupcakes is always normal.
Misslionheart - a cupcake is just a muffin with frosting on top! You're already halfway there. :)
Pix - I think you should bring Cupcake Day to the British Isles. They could use a thing like Cupcake Day.
